An article in the most recent issue of the Suburban and Wayne Times talked about the renovation of Wayne Train Station which is slated to continue in June. According to the article, $186,000 will be spent for 19 new windows, four custom made doors to match those originally in the station, roofwork and repairs of the chimney. The windows on the station's south side were replaced last year, and many, including the two on the north tower of the station have been boarded up for years.
