Still without its requested liquor license, Minella's Diner has reopened with a new look. The controversial new look dramatically alters the ambiance of the Diner, whose original building was relocated to Florida earlier this year.

Many people come across this site by searching on the internet for "Minella's." Therefore, work has begun on an upcoming "Diners" section, which will include histories of Minella's as well as all incarnations of the China Buddha diner.
