New NWPA Logo Reflects History

April 9 2004

The new logo of the North Wayne Protective Association was revealed in their most recent newsletter. The previous logo of the organization depicted a tree with its roots spelling out "NWPA." The new design, seen here, depicts a classic Victorian-style screen door, typical of those originally found on North Wayne houses, with the words "NWPA" and "SINCE 1885" in the windows. The new design was selected in a neighborhood-wide competition; it was designed by Greg Prichard, who also manages this website. The logo was designed using Adobe Illustrator 10. A new page will soon talk more about the design process; check back soon to see it.
